If you are keen on taking the IELTS speaking test, then it is imperative to know the main part of the exam.
In part 1 of the Speaking Test, you will be asked to speak for 60 seconds about a topic. The first part of the exam consists of a short introduction and the examiner will ask very general questions related to your family and will ask you to confirm your identity. In this part, you will be asked about some details related to the topic and asked questions about your knowledge of it. This part of the speaking test takes 5 minutes to complete.
